Integration Prerequisites

  • Only Admins can integrate Zoho with Aloware

Connecting Zoho with Aloware

  1. In your Aloware account, navigate to the Integrations menu.

  2. Go to the Zoho card, and click the Settings button.

  3. In the Zoho Integration Settings page, enable the Integration Settings.

  4. Click the Authenticate button to validate your Zoho account.

  5. When you click the Authenticate button, it will redirect you to the Zoho page requesting authentication.


    By default, the integration connection status is set to Unknown. Administrators need to click the "Check Connection" button to determine the status of the connection.

    1. Click the Check Connection button to know if your connection to Zoho is still working.

      • Connected - successfully connected and working.

      • Failed - you exceeded the number of requests to integrate and need to wait after 24 hours.


    If the Zoho Integration is already authenticated, but the features aren't showing or functioning yet, you'll need to " Re-Authenticate" Zoho again.

    To re-authenticate, go to Zoho Integration Settings, and click the "Re-Authenticate" button.
