Managing Reseller Account

Dashboard

After logging in to your Aloware Reseller account, you will be redirected to the dashboard where you will see the overall statistics of all the sub-accounts under you.

This includes information like the Company Name, Billing Admin, Account Representative, Reseller, Importance, Date Created, Last Log-In, etc.

Under the dashboard, you may select "Open Card" or "Impersonate".

Open Card Button


The open card lets you access an existing account and view detailed information. On this tab, you can check or view Account's Details, Billing Details, Usage, Features, and Operation Actions.

Note: Jot down notes or add any information related to the account.

Accounts - View account information including account rates, call logs, configurations. This includes active and suspended accounts.

Usage Tab - Check call usage, the amount spent and the total credit debited shown in a chart form within a specific timeframe.

Users - Under this tab, view your sub-accounts and users. You may also impersonate, reset the password, suspend or even delete an account or user.

Dashboard > Impersonate Button - Going back to the Dashboard, you can also click the Impersonate Button. This will allow you to fully access the count without the need for the username and password.

Billing Tab

Another section in the reseller account is the "Billing". This tab shows your existing plans and rates per account. See our current prices here on our pricing page.

Metrics Tab

The Metrics tab lets you see the overall data of your account including all outbound, inbound call data as well as SMS.

Open Deal Sizer Tab

The Open Deal Sizer Tab shows the packages and deals that you opt-in for your sub-accounts/users.

Support Tools Tab

The Support Tools Tab is a section where you can open support tickets view integrations and other self-support tools. It consists of several sub-tabs like Contacts, Communications, Carriers, and Integrations.

Contacts Tab - On this tab, you can view all your contact lists or specific users that are under your account.

Communications Tab - View activities for a specific company, or user.

Carriers Tab - Shows under which mobile carrier your contact belongs (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.).

Integrations Tab - Aloware works with most CRM platforms and 3rd party software and application. Below are some examples.

  • HubSpot - Push calls, texts, voicemails, and contacts to HubSpot to keep your team in the loop. Aloware is an official HubSpot partner.

  • Pipedrive - Automatically add call, text, and contact information to your database and speed up conversions using Pipedrive’s deal flow.

  • Zoho CRM - Log your recorded calls, messages, and contacts by integrating your business phone into ZoHo’s ecosystem, CRM, and deal tracker.

  • Help Scout - Turn your incoming calls into tickets with notes to keep track of conversations. Record calls and text customers right from the app.

  • Salesforce - Create an enterprise-grade call center connected to your CRM. Pair our dialer and text messaging software with Salesforce CRM.

  • Guesty - Get international calling and texting directly in Guesty, the leading vacation rental management platform. Manage all guest convos in one place.

  • Slack - Move text messages and call data into a dedicated Slack channel. Assign team members so you can reply to your customers right away.

  • PipelineDeals - Push voicemail, recorded calls, and incoming text messages to PipelineDeals and merge them into easy-to-track customer records.

  • Webhooks - Send detailed calls, text messages, and contact information to your in-house application using customizable webhook triggers on HTTP/JSON.

  • Aloware API - Aloware’s Lead Intake Webhook is a publicly available API endpoint that can receive Lead and Prospect data from other applications, forms, and services and add them as Contacts to your account. For more information, please see this article.
