Many platforms today (including Facebook Ads, Yelp, Zapier, Nolo, eLocal, 4Legal among others) use email to transmit and sell lead data to their customers. Aloware’s email intake route is a unique offering that converts formatted lead data from emails you receive into Aloware Contacts. The contact can then be enrolled in workflows and receive automated SMS and calls.

Who should use this feature?

This feature is particularly designed for law firms, medical offices, and beauty salons that receive leads from Content Networks, Publishers, or Lead Gen sites. These publishing groups usually use email to transmit the lead data to the buyer, and it’s up to the buyer to take that lead information and make a call. This process is manual, and of course quite very time-sensitive.

What happens to the data?

Our software reads the data from the table, such as the contact’s name, phone number, and case details, and creates an Aloware contact that can, later on, be used in marketing automation.

How should I configure this feature?

Start by going to your campaign settings and click on Numbers. Then, click on “Install Email Intake”. This generates a unique email address that you can forward or copy email to, and our software takes care of the rest.
