When you select Broadcast from the Main Menu, you will have access to data from your bulk message campaign.
The engagement rate is the number of responses you get from a broadcast campaign (Bulk Message or RVM), regardless of how long it took, divided by the number of contacts that you have on the broadcast campaign (multiplied by 100). It’s a percentage value and can show the success rate of a broadcast campaign.
Take for an example: you have populated 100 contacts for a broadcast campaign, and 45 responded in a day, 5 the next day, and 5 after a week with a total of 55 respondents.
Engagement will be at 55% and will only count up to the last outreach.
