Overview

You can set your business hours on this screen. When you use this tool, you will only receive calls when your team members are available to answer calls. If a customer calls or texts you after business hours, you can politely inform them that your office is closed.

Voice prompt for Calls

When a prospect calls you outside of your business hours, the following message will be played, and they will be routed to voicemail. This prompt, like the others, is both text-to-speech and recorded audio.

📝Note: Text-to-speech automatically begins playing as soon as the call is connected. Make sure that the forwarding number doesn't have any prompts because the text-to-speech feature will play while the prompt is also playing, causing the agent to miss the text-to-speech prompt.

Auto reply for Texts

When a lead calls your Aloware line outside your business hours, Aloware can text them back automatically, saying you’ll respond later.

Timezone

All dates and times on this screen are in your own time zone.

Split Times / Lunch Hours

You can divide the day into multiple time slots. For example, on a business day, set aside one hour for lunch.
