Overview
This section introduces you to reports in Aloware: what report types exist, how to generate report data to various formats, and configure the report settings within a workspace.
Aloware Reports allows you to review and analyze your data using various types of reports depending on the data you currently need. Reports provide detailed information about Lines, Ring Groups, Users, Sequences, Broadcast, and Contacts.
Lines
Selecting Lines under Activity Reporting will let you see the various metrics of every activity each line went through in a given time period. This includes the status of their calls, their duration, talk times, wait times, as well as data on text messages, emails, faxes, appointments, and reminders, and their respective average response times. You can also access a specific line activity by clicking on the purple View button under the Action column.
Ring Groups
Selecting Ring Groups under Activity Reporting will let you see the various metrics of every activity each line went through in a given time period. This includes the status of their calls, their duration, talk times, and wait times, as well as data on emails, faxes, appointments, and reminders, and their average response time. You can also access a specific ring group activity by clicking on the purple View button under the Action column.
Users
Selecting Users under Activity Reporting will let you see the various metrics of every activity each user went through in a given time period. This includes the status of their calls, their duration, talk times, wait times, as well as data on text messages, emails, faxes, appointments, and reminders, and their respective average response times. You can also access a specific user activity by clicking on the purple View button under the Action column.
Sequences
Selecting Sequences under Activity Reporting will let you see the various metrics of every activity each sequence went through in a given time period. This includes the status of their calls, their duration, talk times, wait times, as well as data on text messages, emails, faxes, appointments, and reminders, and their respective average response times. You can also access a specific sequence activity by clicking on the purple View button under the Action column.
Broadcasts
Selecting Broadcasts under Activity Reporting will let you see the metrics of each broadcast in a given time period. This includes ringless voicemails and text messages. You can also access a specific broadcast activity by clicking on the purple View button under the Action column.
Contacts
Selecting Contacts under Activity Reporting will let you see the number of new contacts and the number of Do Not Call (DNC) contacts under their respective baselines — Lines and Users.
These data are presented in both a chart and a table format.
For all these reports, you can select a chart type (Line, Arrow, or Bar), adjust the time period of the report, export the data to a CSV file, or copy/paste the table data to a spreadsheet.
