SMS reminders are reminder messages or appointments sent to a client or customer using Aloware SMS as the communication channel. This is a great feature to ensure that the customers don't forget their existing appointments or ones that they need to schedule in the near future.
With this feature, you will be able to:
Manually trigger SMS reminders
Update default SMS reminder texts
Select the Line you want to use for sending the reminder
Pre-check the SMS reminder option
Calendar's Set Appointment feature
One great way to set an appointment or a reminder is through the Calendar menu. Aloware integrated it for setting the dates easier. All you have to do is click the date you want, and the Add Event dialog box will appear. Choose on the dropdown list if you want to create an appointment or a reminder. Since you will add the event on the Calendar page, contact is required.
