As an Admin, reports are important to give you details to help you develop strategies, monitor activities and growth, and improve decision-making.

In Aloware's Report menu, you can

  • filter the relevant reports on a specific range of date

  • customize reports according to your needs

  • monitor how your teams and each individual are performing

Metrics and Line Filters

Aloware reports have a Metrics filter to check all the activities based on Lines, Ring Groups, Users, Sequences, Broadcasts, and Contacts:

  • All Calls

  • All Qualified Calls

  • All Missed Calls

  • All Abandoned Calls

  • Missed Calls

  • Qualified Inbound Calls

  • Outbound Calls

  • Qualified Outbound Calls

  • Average Duration

  • Average Talk Time

  • Average Wait Time

  • Total Wait Time

  • All Text Messages

  • Inbound Text Messages

  • Outbound Text Messages

  • All Emails

  • Inbound Emails

  • Outbound Emails

  • All Faxes

  • Inbound Faxes

  • Outbound Faxes

  • Appointments

  • Reminders

  • Average Response Time

For Line filters, it shows

  • All

  • Active

  • Deleted

Downloading Reports

Aloware provides a wide range of file formats to make it easier for you to have it on the go or just send it online to your team.

Download your reports in PNG, JPEG, PDF document, SVG vector image, and CSV format.

Reports Table

The report table shows you the entire report in numbers.

To select the data you want to display:

  • Click the Table Settings button

  • Select among the list of data you want to display in the table

Export and Copy Table Data

The Table can also be exported and can also check the progress of the export through Accounts > Exports. Copy table data will copy the data on your clipboard.
