Overview
As an Admin, reports are important to give you details to help you develop strategies, monitor activities and growth, and improve decision-making.
In the Aloware Report menu, you can
filter the relevant reports on a specific range of date
customize reports according to your needs
monitor how your teams and each individual are performing
Communication Metrics and Line Filters
Aloware reports have metrics filter to check all the activities based on Lines, Ring Groups, Users, Sequences, Broadcasts, and Contacts:

Navigate to the Report menu
Click the settings icon > select from the following features to display the report
A tab with the features you've selected will appear. The active report on the dashboard is on a green tab.

Downloading Reports
Aloware provides a wide range of file formats to make it easier for you to have it on the go or just send it online to your team.
Download your reports in PNG, JPEG, PDF document, SVG vector image, and CSV format.
Reports Table
The report table shows you the entire report in numbers.
To select the data you want to display:
Click the Table Settings button
Select among the list of data you want to display in the table
Export and Copy Table Data
The Table can also be exported and can also check the progress of the export through Accounts > Exports. Copy table data will copy the data on your clipboard.
