How to Reset your Aloware Account Password
Aloware lets you reset your password easily for your account's maximum protection. You can reset your password in two (2) ways:
Reset Password through Profile Settings by Admins
Your admin can change your Aloware password through the profile settings.
To do this,
Navigate to the Users menu, then select from the users account to reset password
Click Settings
In the Profile Settings tab, toggle the switch in the Change Password.
Enter the new password.
Click the Save button.
Change Password through Forgot Password
If you can't remember your password or if your browser's autofill doesn't fill out your email address and password, you can use the Forgot Password button on the login page.
🗒️ Note - The same process works for Aloware Classic.
You are redirected to the reset password page. Enter your email address on the field.
Click the Reset Password button.
An email is sent to your email to reset your password.
In your email, click the Reset Password button
Provide the following details:
Email
Password
Confirm Password
Click the Reset Password button.
A confirmation notification displays for successful password reset.
