Caller ID Spoofing

This function enables a user to use the lead number as caller id for all transfers (outbound or inbound). By default, this function is enabled in which whenever you make a call, your number will be shown to the contact as the caller ID, but if you enable this function, the default caller ID will be shown instead of the user’s number.

To enable/disable Caller ID Spoofing, go to the “Account” tab in the left part of Aloware’s interface. In the Account interface, go to the “Calling Settings” tab, scroll down or click the “Caller ID Spoofing” in the navigation box in the right part of the interface to locate this function.

Cold Transfer

Upon contact or lead answers your call, you can see that the transfer function becomes available. Click on the "Transfer" button, select a user that you want to transfer, or just manually enter their phone number.

Warm Transfer

Upon contact or lead answers your call, you can see that the "Add" function becomes available. Click on the "Add" button, enter their phone number, then click "Add".

After you hear the added party in the call, you can now hang up the call.

Lastly, the "Introduce" button is an option where you can talk to both of the contacts inaugurating them to each other and after that, you can now merge the calls between the contact and the added party by clicking the "Merge" button.

Note: The call will continue between the contact and the added party even if you hang up the call.
