Getting started with A2P 10DLC? Great! You'll need to declare your use cases when you register. Keep in mind, you can create up to 50 campaigns for each use case. Registering helps phone carriers know your messages are legit and influences how many messages you can send. Plus, the use case you pick is key to getting your brand registered. So, it's a pretty important first step in meeting A2P 10DLC rules.

List of Standard Campaign Use Cases

Use Case

Description

2FA

Any authentication or account verification such as OTP

Account Notifications

Notifications about the status of an account or related to being a part of an account

Customer Care

Support, account management, and other avenues of customer interaction

Delivery Notifications

Information about the status of a delivery

Fraud Alert Messaging

Messaging about potentially fraudulent activity, such as spending alerts

Higher Education

Message campaigns from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions

Marketing
