Aloware's HubSpot Integration Features

After connecting HubSpot, you will need to configure your settings between the two integrations.

This integration allows Aloware to:

  • Sync Data in Aloware and HubSpot

  • Use Aloware as In-App Dialer

  • Create automatic workflows to your HubSpot contacts

  • Allows access to HubSpot tickets


Two-way Data Synchronization

You can manage your data from HubSpot in Aloware through synchronization:

  • Two-way Sync Contacts

    • Click the "Push Contacts" button to update your contacts from Aloware to your HubSpot account

    • Click the "Pull Contacts" button to update your contacts from HubSpot to your Aloware account

      When you sync contacts, the fields below will update either Aloware or your HubSpot account:

      • Contact Name

      • Email

      • Phone Number

      • Contact Owner

      • Associated Company

      • Last Activity

      • Lifecycle Stage

      • Lead Status

    📝 Note - Aloware uses the phone number value as a primary identifier for contacts. To sync with Aloware, HubSpot contacts need a unique primary phone number.

  • One-way Sync for Users

    • Click the "Connect your HubSpot users to Aloware" button to sync new users

      📝 Make sure your agents have the same email address on Aloware and HubSpot

  • One-way Sync for Contact Status

    • Click the "Pull Lead Statuses from HubSpot" button to sync contacts to disposition status

  • One-way Sync for Call Disposition

    • Click the "Pull Call Outcomes from HubSpot" button to sync HubSpot call outcome to Aloware as Call Dispositions


In-App Dialer (Aloware Dialer in HubSpot)

❗️❗️ You can only access the In-app dialer feature if you have the Starter, Professional, or Enterprise HubSpot subscription.

After connecting your HubSpot account to Aloware, you're able to use Aloware Dialer in HubSpot as a Call Provider.

Aloware Dialer has the following features that can be used in HubSpot:

  • Park Call

  • Call Scripts

  • Call Recording

  • Call transfer

  • Voicemail drops, and

  • Other smart telephony features

To use Aloware Dialer in HubSpot:

  • In your HubSpot account, go to the Contacts menu, and select the contact that you want to call

  • Click the Call button; the HubSpot Calling Wizard pop-up will display

  • Click the Calling Provider drop-down menu, select Aloware

Custom Aloware Workflow Actions

HubSpot Environment + Aloware Workflows

With Aloware's HubSpot integration, Aloware provides actions to allow HubSpot users to integrate Aloware tasks into their HubSpot workflows:

  • Enroll in HubSpot Sequence

  • Send SMS/ MMS

  • Add to user's Power Dialer

  • Disenroll from all sequences

Importing HubSpot Contacts into Aloware

When you Pull or Import your HubSpot contacts to Aloware, it automatically tags the contacts with the HubSpot list name. Find the tag (and contacts) by going to Tags Menu > Import Tags.

HubSpot Ticket from Aloware Triggers

Aloware's HubSpot integration supports the creation of HubSpot tickets from Aloware Lines triggers

To create a HubSpot Ticket from Aloware:

  • In your Aloware account, go to the Lines menu, and select the Line that you want to set up the HubSpot ticket

  • Click the Settings button, and go to the Triggers tab

  • You can set three (3) HubSpot ticket triggers in Aloware:

    • Add Call Trigger - Select on the type of call (abandoned, missed, voicemail, completed, failed, placed) that will trigger the Create HubSpot Ticket

    • Add SMS Trigger - Completed SMS (Inbound or Outbound) creates a HubSpot ticket

    • Add Contact Trigger - When you create a contact, a HubSpot ticket is created

  • Click Save button
