Overview
A line can have multiple users, and users can configure their working hours, including breaks, to make sure that someone is available to answer or make calls.
How to Set User Working Hours
Navigate to the Users menu, and select the user
Click the Settings button
Navigate to the Inbound Call Settings tab
Split Time Times/ Lunch Hours
In the Working Hours section, enable the days and set your working hours and breaks. If a call comes outside of these hours, it won't ring the user's number.
For instance, the user works from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and breaks from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
Set the time as shown below from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and click Add hours from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
📝 Note - The times are local to your company timezone, currently set to America/ Los Angeles
Click the Save button to save your settings.
