How to Create an Auto-Reply SMS Message After a Complete Call

Users can send an automated SMS to the caller after a completed call. To do this,

  • In the Users menu, select the user that you want to set the auto-send SMS

  • Click Settings

  • Go to the Inbound Settings tab

  • Under the Caller Notifications Settings, tick the box that enables sending a text message to the caller.

  • Add the message in the box and click Save.
