How to Create an Auto-Reply SMS Message After a Completed Call
Users can send an automated SMS to the caller after a completed call. To do this,
In the Users menu, select the user that you want to set the auto-send SMS message.
Go to the Inbound Settings tab.
Under the Caller Notifications, tick the box that enables sending a text message to the caller.
Add the message in the box and click Save.
