If you are one of the businesses that operate within business hours but still want to let your customers know that you know that they have queries and you will get back to them as soon as possible, here is the guide to creating an automated SMS messaging to attend to customers after business hours.
How to Create an Automated SMS Messaging for After-Business Hours Workflow
Setting up the Workflow
Once you are done setting up your sequence, from the Sequence menu > Sequence Manager, proceed to take automate your steps for SMS messaging.
Go to the Sequences+ menu, and click the +New Sequence button
The New Sequence page will display
Under the "Process On" section, select the Business Days tab to run the Workflow during business days only.
Set the start and end time under Specify Time section
Leave the box to uncheck since this sequence is for after business hours process
In the Steps tab, click the +Add Step button.
Select Send SMS Message, which will send an automatic message to the enrolled contact
Select the Time of Day as a Delay to 17:00 to run the sequence after 17:00.
Create your Text Message and click Add Step to continue.
