To manage your A2P 10DLC registration compliance, Aloware provides a dedicated Compliance page within your account. By following a few simple steps, you can access this page and monitor the status of your registration process.
Here's how to find the Compliance page in your Aloware account:
Log in to your Aloware account.
Navigate to the Account menu > select Compliance tab.
Once you're on the Compliance page, you'll find detailed information about your registration progress and the current status of your compliance. The page displays the following key elements:
Status - The status indicates the progress of your registration process. It can be one of the following options:
Not Started - This status indicates that you haven't initiated the registration process.
In Review - If your registration is under review by the compliance team, this status will be displayed. The team is assessing your compliance documentation and ensuring it meets the necessary requirements.
Rejected - If your registration is rejected, it means there were compliance issues or missing information in your submission. You will need to address the concerns and resubmit your documentation.
Approved - When your registration is successfully approved, this status will be displayed. It confirms that your A2P 10DLC compliance has met the necessary requirements.
Registration Steps - The Compliance page also provides a breakdown of the registration steps involved. These steps help guide you through the process and ensure you complete all the necessary requirements. The steps typically include:
Business Registration - This step involves providing relevant information about your business, such as company name, address, and contact details. It helps establish the legitimacy of your organization.
A2P Brand - Here, you will need to specify the brand associated with your numbers. This is important for identification and branding purposes.
Campaigns - In this step, you will define the campaigns associated with your numbers. It helps categorize your messaging activities and ensures compliance with regulations.
Unregistered Lines - This step focuses on unregistered lines and provides instructions on how to register them. Registering unregistered lines is essential for compliance and maintaining uninterrupted messaging capabilities.
How to Register in A2P 10DLC using Aloware
Aloware will be gathering the necessary information from our clients in order to manage the registration process. Once registered, the networks will determine the volume and level of filtering for texting campaigns based on an assigned Trust Score.

Use Case Description - describe the purpose and nature of your use case or campaign, focusing on how it benefits your audience and aligns with your business objectives.
Message Flow/ Call to Action - explain how end-users can opt-in to your campaign, giving consent to receive messages. Include details about the opt-in methods available, ensuring all options are listed if multiple methods are used for the same campaign. This should be within the character-limit of 40-2048 characters.
Message Sample #1 - Include a sample message that you use to send based on the specific use case. The message should be relevant, engaging, and compliant with regulatory guidelines. Personalize it with appropriate placeholders.
"Hi [name], this is [name] from [company name] reaching out about your one-time passcode. Reply STOP to opt out."
Message Sample #2 - Provide an additional sample message that aligns with your use case, demonstrating the content and format of your campaign messages. This helps provide a clearer understanding of the communication style and tone you intend to use.

Example 3: End users can opt-in by visiting www.examplewebsite.com and adding their phone number. They are then prompted to check a box agreeing to receive text messages from Example Brand. Additionally, they can also opt-in by texting "START" to (111) 222-3333.

Message Contents - specify whether your messages will include embedded links or phone numbers, based on the nature of your campaign and the content you plan to send. This helps provide clarity and transparency to your recipients.
In addition to the above, it is important to note the following elements for compliance:
Sender Identifier - On initial messages and follow-up messages without an active or ongoing conversation with the end-user, clearly indicate your sender's name and the company name. Each message must identify you as the sender, the party that obtained the opt-in from the recipient, except in follow-up messages of an ongoing conversation.
Opt-Out Phrase - Include an opt-out phrase at the end of every initial message sent to all lead contacts. Additionally, provide an opt-out option every 30 days when sending your initial message to leads with active or ongoing conversations. This allows recipients to easily unsubscribe from future communications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Agree on Terms and Conditions and recurring monthly carrier fee of $10.
Click the Next: Exceptions & Limitations button once done.
