Assigning a Default Number in Aloware

When you assign a default number in your Aloware account, it makes it easier to call than to assign it in every call.

Admin and user can assign the default number in Aloware Admin under the Users menu.


Choosing a Default Number

  • In your Aloware account, navigate to the Users menu

  • Search for the user and click Settings

  • Go to the Outbound Call Settings

  • Navigate to the Default Outbound Line

    • Use Account Default - use the account's default outbound line for this user's outbound calls.

    • Select Manually - choose a single outgoing line for this user.

    • Always Ask - Always asks the user what line they want to use before making an outbound call.

  • Click the Save button to save your settings successfully.


Confirmation

When you click the phone icon, the line is already set by default.
