What is Smart Calendar?

Aloware Smart Calendar is a feature that allows contacts to set an appointment using AI-bot.

Here's how Smart Calendar works

How to Get Started with Smart Calendar

Users receive appointments via AI-bot.

• Contact send "Start" to the AI-bot number

• AI-bot responds and sends the next 7 days if you are not available today

  

• If you answer,

  • Yes - the conversation will continue with two to three more questions before connecting to an agent

    

  • No - AI-bot sends the next seven days and the time available

    

Accepted Date and Time Format Responses

AI-bot reads the following date and time formats.

When a contact makes an appointment, it syncs with your Aloware Calendar.
