Overview

This article will walk you through the steps to troubleshoot your HubSpot workflow to send messages if it has stopped or failed to work in the middle of the process.

Common reasons are

  • When the values do not match the HubSpot fields

  • When the values set are not properly configured in Aloware i.e. Contact owner, User's Personal Line, and Phone Number


Issue: If HubSpot Workflow to Send Messages has Stopped Working

Resolution: Review your HubSpot Workflow Settings

  • Check the HubSpot Fields

    • In your HubSpot workflow, check the following action fields if it has the correct values:

      • User Personal Line

        • Check if the User's Personal Line is defined in the Aloware Profile Settings

          • To fix this, in your Aloware account, navigate to the Users menu

          • Select the User > Settings > Profile Settings

          • Go to the User's Personal Line and select the line

      • User Field

        • If the User field is set to Contact Owner, check if the contact has an owner

      • Phone Number

        • If the Phone number is not set to a phone number value

          • To fix this, select a phone number from a list of your HubSpot contact fields that you want to send messages. Aloware supports any phone number field.
