If HubSpot does not proceed with the call using Aloware as the call provider, it is likely because your browser's third-party cookies are disabled.
Fix: Enabling Third-Party Cookies in Chrome
To fix this, in your Chrome browser, select the 3-dotted lines and select Settings.
Search for "third" in the search bar > select the Cookies and other site data.
Under the See all cookies and site data > Click the Add button.
Add the following sites:
Refresh your Chrome browser.
HubSpot calls using Aloware Dialer should work properly now.
