Filtering Data in Smart Transcriber Dashboard
Data filtering is selecting properties of your data set and using that for analysis. When you filter the data, properties that meet the criteria display in the dashboard.
How to Adjust the Filters
Using filters, you can view data based on specific properties that you are interested in.
In the Transcription Panel tab, click the Filters button
Select the properties that you want to filter
Once set, click the Apply button
📝 Note - You can always find the current filter just under the filter bar
How to Reset the Filters
If you want to change your filter properties:
Click on the reset button to clear the filter for all the transcribed calls
