Overview

One of your biggest challenges is to maintain customer trust. Your customers expect to receive wanted messages to keep their experience positive. Aloware Talk lets you send Text (SMS) messages as a high-engagement channel.


Sending Text Messages

Via Quick Access

  1. At the top right of the page, click the phone icon.

  2. Click Message to switch to messaging.

  3. Select which Line you would like to use.

  4. Enter a contact's name or phone number.

  5. Please type in your Message in the message box.

  6. After you have finished writing your Text, click Send.

Via Communications Page

  1. Go to Communications.

  2. Select a channel, and it could be:

    1. Inbox

    2. Calls

    3. Messages

    4. Mentions

    5. Voicemails

    6. Call Recordings

    7. All Communications

  3. On your chosen channel, select a communication log.

  4. Click on the Text tab and type your message in the Message box.

  5. Whenever you're ready, click Send Text to send your Message.

  6. Also, you can choose which Line you would like to use or send your Text to your contact's other numbers.

Via Contact Page

  1. Go to Contacts.

  2. Under Actions, click the Message icon of your chosen contact.

  3. Click on the Text tab and type your message in the Message box.

  4. Once you're satisfied with your message, please click Send Text.

  5. Though optional, you can also send your Text to your contact's other numbers or choose a line you would like to use.
