Navigating Contacts Operations
Admins and Users (Agents) have access to every operation in the Contacts menu.
Search for a user, then move your mouse to the right under Ops.
You can select a function you want.
To Make Calls:
Click the call icon to bring up the dial pad.
Enter contact details on the dial pad.
Click the phone icon to place your call.
To Send a Text Message:
To send a text message, click the message icon.
Enter your message in the text field.
Once you're satisfied, you can click Send.
To Delete a Contact:
Click the delete icon to bring up the delete confirmation window.
Click OK to confirm.
