Navigating Users Operations

Admins have access to every operation and user account in the Users menu. A User (agent) can only access its operations.

  1. Search for a user, then move your mouse to the right under Operations.

  2. You can select an operation you want.

Login As

An admin can log in to the backend as any other user without requiring their password.

To leave the account:

  1. Go to the drop-down arrow on your top right.

  2. Select Stop impersonating.


Activity

This action shows you the communication done by a User. Users (Agents) can access this operation.

  1. Clicking Activity redirects you to the Users Communication Logs.

  2. Search for a log, then move your mouse to the right under Operations.

  3. You can select an operation you want.


Settings

Clicking Settings direct you to the Users settings. Users (Agents) can access this operation.


Pause/Activate

Pause/Activate operation allows pausing/unpausing routing calls to the User.

  1. A warning message will pop up when pausing routing calls to a User.

  2. Click OK to continue.

  3. An Activate button replaces the Pause button.

  4. Click Activate to continue routing calls to the User.

  5. A warning message will pop up.

  6. Click OK to continue.


Suspend/Unsuspend

Suspend/Unsuspend users lose/gain access to the system.

  1. When suspending a User, a warning message will pop up.

  2. Click OK to continue.

  3. An Unsuspend button replaces the Pause button.

  4. Click Unsuspend to resume User access.

  5. A warning message will pop up.

  6. Click OK to continue.


Delete

Delete allows you to remove the User altogether.

  1. When you click Delete, a warning message will pop up.

  2. Click OK to continue.

  3. Deleting a User will remove it from all reports, plots, and communications. This action will detach a User from the lines connected with it. You can stop a User from getting calls for the time being instead by clicking Pause.


Timeline

Clicking Timeline shows the details of the User status. Users (Agents) can access this operation.
