About Sequence History Activity Report

With sequence history activity, it logs all the events of your sequence in one place. It helps in identifying the cause of an issue that might need some actions like if the sequence did not work.


Where to access the Sequence History Activity Report?

  • In your Aloware Admin account, navigate to the Sequences menu

  • Select from the sequence list that you want to view the logs

  • Go to the History tab

  • Every action in the sequence logs

  • Functionalities

    • Search - Search for a contact ID, phone number, name

    • Event type - displays the trigger and action events of the sequence

      • Enrolling contacts

      • Disenrolling contacts

      • Updating contact properties

      • Communicating with contacts

      • Creating information

    • Time

      • Last 7 days

      • Today

      • Yesterday

      • Last 30 days

      • This month

      • Last Month

      • All Time

    • Total count of logs - displays the total count of sequence logs
