An Available user status means you can handle calls. Admins use it to monitor your productivity. On top of that, they use it to configure your availability. Your status shows that you can make or receive calls.

Aloware Talk User Statuses:

  • Offline: Aloware sets the status to Offline once the user logs out. It displays a gray color indicator in the avatar. Users cannot receive inbound calls but can still make outbound calls.

  • Available: Agents can receive and make calls only when available. It displays a green color indicator.

  • Busy: Agents use this state when they don't want interruptions while working on a task. They cannot receive calls and display a red indicator.

  • On Break: It informs the system that the agent is away from their desk/headset for a short time. It displays a yellow color indicator when the agent is off.

How to Change Your User Status

  1. You can log in to your Aloware Talk account.

  2. At the top right corner of your screen, go to the User dropdown menu.

  3. Select a User Status applicable.
