As an agent, there are moments when you must focus on a task, and you don’t want anything to disturb you. In Aloware Talk, you can turn off notifications temporarily. Turning Notifications Off allows you to give your full attention to a task.
Turning Notifications Off
Log in to your Aloware Talk account.
Then, go to the User dropdown menu and select Turn Notifications Off.
Upon disabling notifications, an icon will appear next to your username.
Go back to the User dropdown menu and select Turn Notifications On to turn them back on.
By turning off your notifications, you will not receive notices for the time being from:
In-app
Desktop
Mobile
Email
Text Message
