General Settings
Admins can set the General settings that apply to all users. Navigate to Account > General Settings
Name
Set a name for your account
Timezone
Change the time zone of your account. Aloware features including broadcast, sequences, and power dialer follow this timezone.
Default Homepage
Allow you to set the default homepage to Dashboard or Contacts.
Private Lines
Enabling this restricts users from seeing other users' personal lines
Send long text messages as MMS
Messages longer than 160 characters will automatically send as an MMS rather than multiple SMS segments. This setting can also be made on individual Line Settings.
Broadcast Settings
Enabling this feature prevents users from sending bulk messages beyond the business hours
