Reporting Settings
Perhaps the most significant advantage of business reports is that they provide administrators with information necessary for decision-making.
Admins can configure the frequency of Aloware reports and send them directly to their emails. It gives you guidance on the company's performance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Daily Activity Reports
Send daily reports of activities including calls and texts, new lead dispositions, and agents' activities by email when you enable this option.

Daily Outbound SMS Report
Admins can receive a daily outbound SMS report to their emails. Set up your preferred time
No Report - no report will be sent
Once (6:00 PM) - sets as 6:00 PM of the previous day to 6:00 PM of the current day
Twice (12:00 PM | 6:00 PM) - First, sends a report every 6:00 PM of the previous day to 12:00 PM of the current day. Second, send a report every 12:00 PM of the previous day to 6:00 PM of the current day.
Thrice (10:00 AM | 2:00 PM | 6:00 PM) - First, 6:00 PM of the previous day to 10:00 AM of the current day. Second, 10:00 AM => 2:00 PM of the current day. Third, 2:00 PM => 6:00 PM
