How to Export Reports in Aloware
Admins can export reports based on your configurations in Report Settings. Admins receive the report to their emails and can export the report in the Account menu > Exports tab

Exporting Reports
Navigate to Account menu > Exports tab
Exports columns:
Requested by - Agent or user who requests to export the report
Requested at - Date and time of the export request
Export Type - Communication or Logs

Status - displays if the report is finished
