If you have many lines in your Aloware account, it might be tough to choose one each time you make an outgoing call. For outgoing calls, you may set a user's default phone number as an admin.


Assigning a Default Number for Outbound Calls

  • Navigate to the User menu

  • Select from the list of users and click the Settings button

  • Navigate to Outbound Call Settings

  • In the Default Outbound Line, select the Use Account default

  • Click the Save button


Confirmation

Whenever you make an outbound call, it automatically use the default line.
