You may need to send longer SMS to your customers with emojis or longer character counts. These results in many text segments that might reduce the quality of your customer’s experience and increase expenses.

Aloware supports sending of longer messages to your customers as a single MMS message instead of breaking them up into smaller SMS segments.

Applicable to Short Code, Toll-Free, and A2P 10DLC sender types and accessible in the US and Canada.

Only Admins can enable the option to send long SMS

There are two (2) ways to enable sending long text messages as MMS in Aloware:

In your Aloware Admin account, navigate to the Account menu

In the General Settings tab, enable Send long text messages as MMS
