Downloading Reports
Aloware provides a wide range of file formats to make it easier for you to have it on the go or just send it online to your team.
File formats
You can download your reports in different file formats:
PNG
JPEG
PDF
SVG
CSV
Downloading reports in PDF
As a user, you can download reports from the Aloware dashboard:
Set the date range
Click the Export Summary button to download the file in PDF format
This downloads the Communication Metrics display in graphics format
A push notification displays the status of your report request. You can click the click here to redirect your page to the Account menu
Or, go to Account menu > Exports to check the status and download your report

CSV Current View - export reports on the selected data column
CSV All Columns - export reports with all data column
