Deleting Individual Contacts
Deleting contacts in Aloware Talk is a simple process that you can do in just a few simple steps.
Log in to your Aloware Talk account and navigate to the Contacts page > All Contacts.
Browse or use the search function to find the specific contact you want to remove from your list.
Click on the delete icon or choose the "Delete" option
Confirm the deletion:
A pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm the removal of the contact.
To proceed with the deletion, click on the "Remove Contact" button.
Confirm the number of contacts to delete:
Indicate the total number of contacts you wish to delete in the provided field.
Please note that this step is crucial, as it helps prevent accidental deletions.
Mass Deleting Contacts
There are 2 ways to manually mass delete contacts:
Delete by Tags in Aloware Admin
Deleting contacts via Tags will remove all contacts associated with the selected tag(s). It does not include contacts without tags.
In your Aloware Admin account, navigate to Tags menu.
Select the tag you want to delete.
Identify the tag you wish to delete from the list of available tags.
The number of contacts associated with the selected tag will be displayed in the "Number of Contacts" column.
Once you have selected the desired tag, click on the delete button associated with it.
Confirm the deletion:
A prompt will appear to confirm the deletion of the tagged contacts.
Check the box to confirm that you want to delete the tagged contacts for that specific tag.
Enter the number of contacts to be deleted:
In the provided field, enter the total number of contacts associated with the tag to be deleted.Confirm the deletion by entering the number of contacts.
Delete by Selection in Aloware Talk
In the Contacts menu, select the "All Contacts" option to view your complete contact list.
Select the contacts to be deleted:
Check the box next to each contact you want to remove.
The number of selected contacts will be displayed.
Expand the selection to include more contacts:
Scroll down and select the box on top to increase the number of selected contacts.
This allows you to choose a larger number of contacts to be deleted.
Click the Delete button or the trash icon:
Once you have selected the desired contacts, click on the "Delete" button or the trash icon.
Confirm the deletion:
Enter the total number of contacts indicated for deletion in the provided field to confirm the action.
