No Hidden Fees
One significant drawback of JustCall is the hidden charges per minute for outbound calls. Aloware's uPro plan offers unlimited inbound and outbound calls. There are no hidden fees or costs.
The usage dashboard shows how you use the subscribed Aloware plan—all your data from the previous period, whether charged or free.

Seamless integration with HubSpot
Aloware seamlessly integrates into HubSpot. With this integration, you can make a one-way or two-way sync between the two to link your customer information in one platform. You can sync calls and use SMS Messenger without leaving HubSpot.
Connect Aloware and HubSpot
In your Aloware account, navigate to the Integrations tab.
Go to the HubSpot card, and click the Settings button.
In the HubSpot Settings, enable the Integration Settings.
Click the Authenticate button to validate your HubSpot account.
When you click the Authenticate button, it will redirect you to the HubSpot page requesting authentication.
Follow through with HubSpot steps/prompts to connect Aloware and HubSpot.
Once you select a HubSpot account to integrate, click the Connect button.
You will be redirected back to the HubSpot integration settings page.

Syncing Contacts with Aloware and HubSpot Integration
Two-way Sync Contacts:
Aloware supports two-way contact sync with HubSpot with a simple click of a button.
Click the Push Contacts button to update your contacts from Aloware to your HubSpot account.
Click the Pull Contacts button to update your contacts from HubSpot to your Aloware account. Aloware pulls the following contact fields:

Real-time dashboards and customizable reports
The Aloware Dashboard is a centralized location for viewing your account's current live calls and previous communications (calls, messages, voicemails, emails, fax). As an admin, the live dashboard allows you to access each call, text, and activity in real-time. This feature gives you the power to collaborate with various teams.
Aloware Dashboard Overview
The key to running a thriving contact center is to collect and analyze relevant data. The Aloware dashboard displays data from a 30-day timeframe by default.
The Communication Metrics section includes a summary report with 20 data points for calls and SMS. The date filter on the top left allows you to specify a date range.
Aloware's real-time activity graph displays call and SMS traffic for the previous month or selected date period. Aloware groups its metrics by Lines (or campaigns) by default, so you can see which team interacts with contacts the most.
Aloware's Communication Logs section displays all individual communications. You can add more information to the table.

Reports are critical as an administrator because they provide details to help you develop strategies, monitor activities and growth, and improve decision-making. You'll be able to tailor them to your particular requirements. You can filter the relevant reports by a specific date range in the Reports menu. You can track how your teams and individuals are doing as a result.
