How agents login to Aloware Talk on the web app
Agents can log in to Aloware Talk by following these steps:
Go to the Aloware Talk login page: https://talk.aloware.com.
Use the email address and password provided by your admin or supervisor.
Tick the "I'm not a robot" box to confirm you're a human (this is a security check).
Click the "Verify" button after completing the verification.
Now, click "Login."
A "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Email Sent" message will pop up. You'll receive a 6-digit code in your email. Enter this code in the box to log in. Remember, this code is only valid for 15 minutes.
Take note that each time you log in, you must complete 2FA. However, if you choose 'keep me signed in,' you won't need to log in each time you use the same device. The 'keep me signed in' option resets every 30 days.
You'll be redirected to your Aloware Talk dashboard once the verification is successful.
Once logged in, agents can view their call queue, make outbound calls, receive incoming calls, and manage their calls using the Aloware Talk interface. They can also use features such as call recordings, call history, and call notes. If an agent has any problems logging in or using Aloware Talk, they should contact their administrator or supervisor for assistance.
