Overview

There will be instances where no agents are available when one of your contacts tries to reach you. With Aloware Smart Queue, you can enable abandoned calls to go straight to voicemail. There are no more wait times if all agents are offline. This feature lets you keep in touch with your contacts even when no one is around.


Prerequisite

Only admins can enable Smart Queue.


How to Enable Send to Voicemail When No Agents are Available

  1. Log in to your Aloware Admin account.

  2. Navigate to the Ring Groups page.

  3. Click Settings on the ring group to want to enable Send to voicemail when no agents are available.

  4. You can go to the Queue tab and enable Smart Queue.

  5. Scroll down and enable Send to voicemail when no agents are available under Max Queue Hold Time.
