Updating Contact Owner in Aloware Talk
To update the contact owner in Aloware Talk, you can follow these steps:
In your Aloware Talk account, navigate to Communications or Contacts menu.
Search for or select a contact, then click the contact's name to access their page.
Under About this contact section, locate the "contact owner field".
Click the drop-down arrow to select a "contact owner".
Save the changes to apply the updated contact.
Any changes made will be logged in the communication box of the contact's page.
Once changed, the contact will be assigned to the updated contact owner in Aloware, and the new contact owner will have ownership and visibility over the contact according to their role and permission.
