How to Integrate Guesty with Aloware: A Quick Start Guide

Integrate Aloware and Guesty for contact and communication management. Admins activate it and authenticate Guesty with API key in Aloware. Check for successful authentication with a green status.

Aloware and Guesty integration offers a seamless connection between the two (2) platforms' clients that helps to manage contact datasets and communication activities.

Integrating Guesty with Aloware will allow you to make outbound calls, sync Guesty contacts, and use Aloware SMS Messenger.

To have a conversation with a guest, he/she should make a reservation or list first.


Integration Prerequisite

  • Only Admins can activate Aloware's Guesty integration.


Authenticating Guesty with Aloware

  1. In your Aloware account, go to the Integrations menu.

  2. Select the Guesty card, and click the Settings button.

  3. In the Guesty Integration Settings page, provide the API token (required) that you can find in your Guesty account. To get the API key, click "here", to open a new window to log in to your Guesty account.

  4. In your Guesty account, navigate to the Integrations menu > select API.

  5. Click Marketplace > select Aloware.

  6. Click the copy icon to copy your API key (sensitive case keys).

  7. Paste your API Key in the box, and click the Save button.


Testing the Integration

The Integration Status in green displays that the authentication is successful.
