Aloware makes it easy to manage users by converting existing Ring Group members into a cohesive team. This helps simplify organization and maintain consistent settings across users.
Steps to convert ring group users into a Team
Access the ring group layer where users are listed.
Select the users you want to convert.
Click Convert users to a team
(Note: This button is active only if users are selected).
The selected users will be grouped into a new team within the Ring Group, carrying the same name and settings.
Rename the team if necessary in the Teams section.
Important: If a team is deleted, it will also be removed from all associated ring groups.
