Aloware lets you easily organize users by converting inbox members into a Team. This setup helps maintain consistent rules, simplify management, and improve visibility across shared settings.
Steps to convert inbox users into a Team
Open the ring group - access the ring group layer where users are listed.
Select users - select the users you want to convert.
Convert to a team - click Convert users to a team. This button is active only if users are selected.
Review and rename - once converted, the selected users will form a new Team under the same inbox, carrying its name and settings. If needed, rename the team under the Teams section for better organization.
Important: If a team is deleted, it will also be removed from all associated inboxes. Read this guide to learn more about Aloware Teams.
