Syncing contact data from Salesforce to Aloware

The integration includes a manual "Pull" feature, allowing you to sync Aloware with the latest Salesforce data as needed. This ensures accuracy and reduces manual updates.

How can a business admin use this?

    1. Log into both Salesforce and Aloware, and go to the Salesforce integration settings in Aloware.

    2. Select contact as object module for synchronization, ensuring that required fields for mapping are selected. Currently, the synchronization only works with one Salesforce object at a time, either leads or contacts. The properties available for mapping vary depending on the selected object.

Contact is enabled as a standard CRM module

  1. Synchronize users

    1. Click the 'sync users' button to enable user synchronization. Ensure email addresses are match in both systems for successful updates.

    2. Notifications will be sent to admins with synchronization details.

    3. Check that the contact owner or lead owner field is correctly mapped to Salesforce properties.

The Salesforce contact property mapping feature in Aloware allows users to link and synchronize specific fields between the two platforms.
