If you are using the previous version of the Salesforce/Aloware integration, install the new package and re-authenticate. This will start the migration process, ensuring no data, logs, or contacts/leads are lost.
Initial integration setup - go to Aloware Integration Settings and click on the Salesforce Card Settings.
Salesforce integration settings menu - in the integration menu, select the option to configure account authentication and install the package: Salesforce Authentication | Installing the Salesforce Package.
Re-authenticate Salesforce integration - click on the โInstalled. Re-Authenticate' button. This will prompt the Salesforce Credentials window, where the admin will need to grant permission to re-establish the integration.
Finalize configuration - finalize your configuration by validating that all settings and click in โSaveโ.
Connection management
Users can verify the connection, disconnect, or re-authenticate their accounts as necessary.
Re-authentication and deactivation - to re-authenticate, navigate to the settings and click the "Installed. Re-Authenticate" button. This will prompt the Salesforce Credentials window, where the admin will need to grant permission to re-establish the integration.
To deactivate, use the toggle at the top of the Salesforce integration settings page, or deactivate directly via the Salesforce Card Switch. When you deactivate the integration, it will be removed from both Salesforce and Aloware.
