What is the Power Dialer CRM view in Aloware?

The Power Dialer CRM View is integrated with HubSpot. When you make a call, it displays detailed information about the contact or company directly within the Power Dialer. No need to switch windows or applications; all HubSpot data is available in one place.

How the CRM view works

  1. Start a call - when you initiate a call in the power dialer, the CRM View opens automatically.

  2. Displayed information

    1. If the contact matches both a HubSpot contact and a company, you see the contact’s profile.

    2. If only a company is associated, it shows the company profile.

  3. Real-time updates - the displayed information updates with each new call in your queue.

Navigating the CRM view tabs

The CRM view organizes HubSpot features into several tabs:

  1. Timeline tab - shows activities related to the contact or company, such as meetings, tasks, and interactions. Filters can be applied to focus on certain activity types. Users can also view associated contacts, companies, and deals.

  2. Workflows tab - displays a history of workflow enrollments. Users can add records to workflows or search for existing workflows by name.

  3. Sequences tab - lets users enroll contacts in sequences and track their progress through each step.

  4. Properties tab - allows users to search for, filter, and update HubSpot properties. Property history is accessible, and unused fields can be hidden.

  5. Meetings tab - shows upcoming meetings, lets users schedule new ones, and reveals meeting details.

  6. Copilot (BETA) tab - the Copilot tab provides AI assistant functionality inside the CRM View. Users can summarize records, perform research, generate content, create new contacts in HubSpot, and complete administrative tasks through the interface or with pre-configured prompts.

Using the power dialer CRM view

Viewing contact and company information

When you start a call using the Power Dialer, a dedicated window (popup) appears showing all available information about the contact or company from HubSpot.

If you accidentally close the popup, you can reopen it any time by clicking the "Click here to manually open the CRM" link on the CRM popup page.

As you move through your calling queue, the popup automatically refreshes to show the current contact or company’s information in real time.

Activity tab (within power dialer)

This allows users to review conversation history, send text messages, and add notes during calls. All activity is synchronized with HubSpot.

Side panel

In the CRM View, a side panel displays additional details (shown as cards) related to the main contact or company. These cards might include connected contacts, related companies, deals, tickets, subscriptions, orders, or shopping carts.

This makes it easier to see all relationships and activities related to the primary record you are viewing, without switching screens.

Direct HubSpot link

Within both the CRM popup and the HubSpot CRM View inside the power dialer, there is always a button or link available to open the full HubSpot record for the contact or company in a new browser tab or window. This gives quick access for actions or views not available directly inside the power dialer.
