Why this happens
The CRM View may not load if your HubSpot account is not authenticated in the desktop app, even if the integration is already set up in the web app.
Before you start
Make sure the HubSpot integration is successfully connected in the web app.
How to resolve it
Open the desktop app.
Go to the Details tab.
Click Open in HubSpot.
When prompted, log in to your HubSpot account to authenticate.
Result
After authentication, the CRM View should load correctly during Power Dialer sessions.
