Issue: The CRM View is not working during Power Dialer sessions.


Solution: You need to authenticate HubSpot inside the Desktop App.

Follow these steps:

Prerequisite: Ensure HubSpot integration is successful in the web app.

  1. Click "Open in HubSpot" in the Details tab.

  2. Authenticate Your Account. Follow the prompts to log into your HubSpot account.

  3. Once authenticated, the CRM View should work correctly during Power Dialer sessions.
