The Aloware power dialer integrates with HubSpot to automate the process of adding contacts to your agent's queue. This setup allows for more efficient call management within your sales and support teams.

Prerequisites

  1. This only applies to HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional Enterprise, Sales Hub Professional Enterprise, Service Hub Professional Enterprise, and Operations Hub Professional Enterprise.

  2. Integrated Aloware and HubSpot accounts.

Setting up the power dialer in HubSpot

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account and go to the Workflows section.

  2. Click Create Workflow and choose From Scratch.

  3. Select Contact-based and Blank workflow, then click Next.

  4. Click Set up Triggers

In this example, select "When an event occurs" and match a criterion based on call outcome, such as answered calls. This will enroll all leads whose outcome is answered.

  5. In the Choose An Action side panel, select Aloware: Add to user's Power Dialer.

  6. Configure the property fields and click Save.

    1. User - assign the specific agent responsible for handling the power dialing tasks, ensuring the right person is managing the calls.

    2. Phone Number - represents the phone number associated with the contact that will be added to the Power Dialer (e.g. phone number or mobile number).

    3. Direction - set whether to add the contacts to the top or bottom of the queue, providing flexibility in call prioritization.

      • Top - on top of the power dialer list or

      • Bottom - at the bottom of the power dialer list

    4. Prevent duplicates - by default, this setting prevents the addition of duplicate phone numbers, ensuring that each contact in your call list is unique and avoiding redundant calls.

      • Yes - if you choose to prevent duplicates, then you can't have two contacts with the same phone number on the Power Dialer.

      • No - if you choose not to prevent duplicates, then you will be able to have two contacts with the same phone number on the Power Dialer.

    5. Allow international phone numbers - use this option to include international phone numbers in your contact tasks, expanding your reach beyond local calls and enabling global outreach.

If a workflow runs twice on a single contact, then only one of the contacts will be enrolled on the power dialer.

  7. The contacts enrolled will be listed in the user's Aloware power dialer queue.
