Configuring power dialer actions in HubSpot
Create or select a workflow - select by either creating a new workflow or using an existing one in HubSpot. You can set this up for contacts, companies, deals, or tickets β depending on your needs.
Choose a power dialer action
In your selected workflow, pick from the following power dialer actions:
Add to your power dialer - place a contact into a specific user's power dialer list.
Remove from power dialer - take a contact off all power dialer lists.
Clear user's power dialer lists - remove all entries from a user's list.
Clear all power dialer lists - clear lists for multiple users.
