When you integrate Aloware with HubSpot, you can include Aloware tasks in your HubSpot workflows. This integration allows Aloware to send call and SMS events directly to HubSpot, letting you listen to them and activate workflows seamlessly.

How it works

  1. Automate tasks - with Aloware actions, you can automate various tasks within HubSpot workflows. For example, you can enroll contacts in sequences, send SMS/MMS messages, and add contacts to a user's power dialer.

  2. Real-time data sync - Aloware sends real-time call and SMS events to HubSpot, ensuring your CRM always has the latest contact activities.

  3. Trigger workflows - you can use Aloware webhook triggers to start workflows based on specific events, like a contact making a call or receiving an SMS.


How Aloware actions complement HubSpot workflows

When you create HubSpot workflows that incorporate Aloware actions, these workflows sync to Aloware in real time. This integration allows for seamless automation and management of customer interactions.

Below are detailed explanations of Aloware actions and how they can be used within HubSpot workflows:

  1. Enroll to sequence - this action adds new leads to a predefined sequence in Aloware. For example, you can create a welcome sequence that leads receive a series of introductory messages as soon as they are added.

  2. Send a text message (SMS/MMS) - use this action to send SMS or MMS messages to new subscribers. This can include personalized welcome messages or notifications about relevant offers.

  3. Add to user's power dialer - automatically add leads to a sales agent's power dialer list. This ensures timely follow-ups and sync directly with the agent's power dialer in Aloware Talk.

  4. Disenroll from all sequences - this action removes a contact from all active sequences, helping you manage opt-out requests effectively and ensuring that the contact no longer receives automated communications.

  5. Remove contact from power dialer- if a contact has been mistakenly added to a power dialer list, this action allows you to remove them, keeping your dialing lists accurate and relevant.

  6. Clear power dialer list - use this action to clear a specific power dialer list in Aloware.

  7. Clear all user's power dialer list - this action clears all power dialer queues associated with a specific user. When configured in HubSpot workflows, it automates the process by:

    • identifying the selected user or contact owner.

    • retrieving all linked power dialer lists.

    • dispatching tasks in batches to clear the lists in the background.

  8. Preview dialer - this feature allows you to automate and manage two-legged calls (calls between agents and contacts) directly from HubSpot workflows. With the preview dialer, you can initiate calls from HubSpot without switching to Aloware’s interface, streamlining the process for your team.


How to add Aloware actions to HubSpot

After creating your workflow, you can add Aloware actions from the Aloware extensions.

  1. In your HubSpot account, go to the Workflows tab and either choose an existing workflow or create a new one.

  2. Create a HubSpot enrollment trigger and click the + icon to add an action.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the right sidebar and select from the four (4) Aloware actions.
