The preview dialer in Aloware integrates with company-based, deal-based, ticket-based, and contact-based workflows in HubSpot. It automates calls based on status changes, improving communication and aiding sales and support processes.

Setting up a preview dialer in HubSpot workflows

  1. Create or select a workflow in HubSpot

    Start by selecting an existing workflow or creating a new one in HubSpot. You can base it on a company, deal, or ticket, depending on your specific needs.

  2. Configure the preview dialer

    1. Select the line to be used to initiate the call.

    2. Choose the ring group responsible for handling the call.

    3. Define the message that will be played when the call is received by the agent.

  3. Review and test the workflow

    After configuring the preview dialer, review your workflow to ensure all settings are correct. Enroll a sample company, deal, or ticket to test the setup. Verify that the preview dialer triggers calls as expected.

  4. Select the target contacts

    1. All contacts associated with the company, deal, or ticket.

    2. First associated contact, such as the primary decision-maker for a deal.

  5. Communication logs

    Communication activity logs will synchronize in both HubSpot and Aloware, ensuring all activity is recorded and accessible.

  6. The logs in Aloware Talk show that the communication originates from the HubSpot workflow.
