The preview dialer in Aloware is compatible with company-based, deal-based, ticket-based, and contact-based workflows in HubSpot. This functionality enables users to automate calls triggered by changes in company, deal, ticket, or contact statuses, streamlining communication and enhancing sales and support processes.

How to set up preview dialer in HubSpot workflows

  1. Create or select a workflow in HubSpot

    Start by selecting or creating a workflow within HubSpot. You can based it on a company, deal, or ticket depending on your needs.

  2. Configure the preview dialer

    1. Select the line to be used for the call.

    2. Choose the ring group responsible for handling it.

    3. Set the message to be played when the call is received by the agent.

  3. After configuring the preview dialer, review your workflow and run a test by enrolling a sample company, deal, or ticket. Verify that the preview dialer triggers calls as expected.

  4. Select the target contacts who will receive the automated calls:

    1. All contacts associated with the company, deal, or ticket.

    2. First associated contact, such as the primary decision-maker for a deal.

  5. Communication logs

    Communication activity logs are synchronized in both HubSpot and Aloware.
