Create or select a workflow
To get started, create a new workflow or open an existing one. The send message action works seamlessly across contact, company, deal, or ticket-based workflows.
Add the send message action
In your workflow builder, find and add the send message action. This allows you to configure automated messages to your contacts.
Configure the line and sender
Decide which line the message will come from:
User's personal line - use the agent's personal line.
Contact owner's lone - automatically sends the message from the contact owner's line, which useful for deal, company, or ticket workflows.
Personalize the message
Use HubSpot's contact properties to add personalized details, such as the contact's name or number. This is especially helpgul when contacts have multiple phone number.
Add multimedia (optional)
For MMS, you can upload images (GIFs, PNGs, JPGs) to accompany your message.
Review and test
After configuring your message and workflow, review all settings. Test the workflow by enrolling a contact to ensure everything works as needed.
